Specifically, what economic information, i.e., information that
affects the bottom line, are the Chinese free to communicate to each
other that results in an 8% growth rate that their counterparts here
in the U.S. can keep secret and slow the U.S. economy?
Bulldoze that neighborhood regardless of what the residents want and
without bothering to compensate them with anything more than a
pittance.
The more gummint violates property rights the higher the growth rate?

Does this theory appear anywhere in any looneytarian / Randroidian
literature?

What am I asking?

You can select any winger dinger literature you want on this one.
Are the tyrants in Beijing micromanaging every last aspect of
production, top down?
If they were, things would move considerably
slower, wouldn't they?
Then you agree they aren't micromanaging.
Delegating responsibility necessarily implies at least _some_ free
speech.
No, it implies speech.
So how do Chinese entrepreneurs send and receive information to help
decide what to buy, produce and sell?

By less than free speech?

Or do you believe free speech is binary? Either the speech is 100%
free or 0% free.

Most here have already agreed that the speech in China is less than
free, i.e., no criticism of the honchos in Beijing, just as death
threats and kiddie porn are not allowed here in the U. S.

Every lawyer will tell you that "content based censorship" has been
declared constitutional in at least some fora here in the U. S.

Lupita's Beauty Salon can jerk a legal knot into the fanny of any
transit authority and get a captive audience. Joe Republicrat gets
his fanny content based censored off the bus. No captive audience
for the politician.

The issue is what speech is allowed in China that isn't allowed here
in the U. S.

Specifically, what economic information, i.e., information that
affects the bottom line, are the Chinese free to communicate to each
other that results in an 8% growth rate that their counterparts here
in the U.S. can keep secret and slow the U.S. economy?
The SS delegated
responsibility, after all.
To who and about what?

Were the SS ever in control of all production like the communists in
China?
"Free," is a word
you don't understand, I guess.
Everyone understands that Americans have free speech on naked nazi
flagburner parades. We know Americans have free speech on naked nazi
flagburner parades because the corp. sponsored media gush hyped the
imPOOORtant naked nazi flagburner parade issue 24/7/52.

The corp. sponsored media gush hyped the imPOOORtant naked nazi
flagburner parade issue almost as much as they gush hyped "9/11
changed EEEEEVERYthing . . ."

And everyone understands that the Chinese have free speech to fret
about the 2 trillion in t bills they now own.
Everything else being equal, what country would you think would have a
better economy?
The one with free speech on naked nazi flagburner parades?
Or the country with free speech to fret about the 2 trillion in t
bills they own?
Only an ignoramus thinks that "everything else being equal"
Can a non ignoramus understand the imPOOORtance of naked flagburner
nazi parades?
ever obtains.
You get an "F" on grammar.

If you ever went to court -- pretend lawyers hiding behind handles
are
almost as comical as the looneytarian "Caliban" who said he was
running for public office -- you'd lose on that alone.

Anyway you dodged the question. Here, we'll try again:

Everything else being equal, what country would you think would have
a
better economy?

The one with free speech on naked nazi flagburner parades?

Or the country with free speech to fret about the 2 trillion in t
bills they own?
I hear plenty of fretting over here about the debt to the Chinese.
Just tell 'em we have free speech for naked nazi flagburner parades
and that will cheer 'em up!

Is there anything more productive and satisfying that having free
speech on naked nazi flagburner parades?

Why, I'd gladly trade $1.21 trillion in t bills for free speech on
naked nazi flagburner parades!
Who hold about $790B worth of it.
It'll be $2 trillion before you win your next parking ticket case,
but
that's not saying much.

That appeared about 12 years ago in _Taking Liberties_ or whatever
they call their newsletter. He resigned a couple years later denying
he was spamming the federal docket with culture war crap.

Most organizational conflicts of interest have very little to do with
a particular personality. Changing leaders for many political groups
is little more than window dressing, a lot like a lot of fall guy
positions in the public and private sectors, i.e., city manager.

As soon as the cat is away rest assured the mice will be back to
