First you need to be independent thinking and have something to say.
If you are just parroting Faux Noise and other nonsense that everyone
has already heard, your posts aren't going to have any effect. You
need to have a real philosophy.

Second, keep focused on your OP issue by omitting needless words.
This includes the off topic digressions of libertarians and other
issue dodgers as well as yourself. If the digressor gets upset
encourage the digressor that he is free to start a new thread on his
digression.

Third, if an ignorant rightard calls you a Marxist when it is obvious
that he has never read Marx or the founders then just misattribute the
Federalist # 10 to Marx. About a third of rightards will get the
prank and standby helplessly as the other 2/3rds of rightards make
complete fools of themselves.

There are other secrets but you'll have to Email me cash in small
bills.

Cahill nails it and Plimpton responds with one of Buster's many
scatologic references. Plimpton proves Cahill's point.

'scatologic' isn't a word, dummy - and you misused it as well.

Hmmm... this is strange, for years Cahill has had no supporters
other than the insane Neuron Unavailable, yet suddenly people
are springing up to support him. Sock puppets maybe?

  Hmmm... this is strange,
Reality is strange to looneytarians.
for years Cahill has had no supporters
More precisely, no anti-free speech looneytarian supporters.

Most Americans, at least 80%, support free speech on economic issues.
other than the insane Neuron Unavailable, yet suddenly people
are springing up to support him.
The more looneytarians cut/snip dodge and change headers in their
doomed-to-failure attempts at censorship the more contempt everyone
will have for looneytarians.
Sock puppets maybe?
Have you ever noticed that all these Bret Cahill "supporters" post in
a variety of literary styles? Even the greatest of novelists cannot
do that. There is only one genius so multi faceted, so plural, so
brilliant that he can sign his name in other people's handwriting and
make sock puppetry work.

wurm say: If everyone on these ngz followed that righteous commandment then
the percentage of flak would be dramatically reduced, thus making it much
easier to navigate through all the noise and spam and trolls and general
nonsense that is little more than an insult to the English language. Yes,
I'm talking about you (not you BC), and you know who you are. For shame. If
you don't want to talk about subjects relevant to the particular newsgroup
you're in, then maybe you should do us all a favor and get lost ... And ...
ummm ... Hey, wait a minute. I think I'm in the wrong newsgroup. How did I
get in here? ... Bret, what have you done now? ... sorry's me :(

How is this ethically different from Romney's "prank"
of a misleading Obama quote in his NH campaign ad?

1. I'm not running for high office.

2. I always point out the prank. The Romney campaign will just pull
the ad and then try another lie.

As noted elsewhere conservatives are impressed with someone who has
enough of a "fire in his belly" to lie about the Kenyan Muslim Marxist
free thinker who was probably born in another galaxy.

I'm not even running for a low one.

I note the lame humor and the digression. Your point still stands,
reasonable independent thinking is rare.

Does this make intentional deceit to mislead someone okay...
the ends justify the means?
Are you engaging in the same behavior for which you criticize others...
are you "sinking to their level"?
Does Obama lie to the American people...to deliberately try to deceive them?
Why do you believe he is a "free thinker"...what are his new ideas?

Probably born in Kenya. Hopefully Donald Trump will force the White
House to produce both long form birth certificates.

Weren't the turkeys sentenced to be stoned to death and then cooked on
hot stones.

They've gone to _two_ turkeys? Is this more fallout from BushCo
installing a mass of flags behind Cheney to make it look like
Haliburton was patriotic?

Actually the "outrageous lie" tactic is very effective on the nut job
hold outs who aren't yet sure about Mitt.

This is how it works:

Rove puts out a straight lie or something outrageously out of context
knowing full well it'll be caught by fact checkers in the "liberal"
establishment media.

The "liberal" media will then hype it.

The wing nuts in the GOP will then "reason" -- the term "reason" is in
quotes for a reason --, "them leftists abortionists Marxist
evolutionists commies in the establishment media are against Mitt
therefore Mitt must be doing something correct. Maybe I'll vote for
Mitt."

That tactic will work.
